Johanna began her self-defense journey as a pre-teen and has since cultivated her skills in martial arts. She is a graduate of Gracie University’s Women Empowered Instructor Class of July 2022. Johanna holds the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt and the Women Empowered Pink Belt.
