Sarah Nguyen

Assistant Instructor

Sarah began her martial arts training Karate-do at the age of 5, where she achieved the Black Belt rank of Shodan from Dai Nippon Butoku Kai, Kyoto Japan.

A graduate of Gracie University, Sarah is a certified Women Empowered instructor from the Class of July 2022. She was awarded her Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt and Women Empowered Pink Belt by renowned instructors Ryron and Rener Gracie.
