Sarah began her martial arts training in Chishin-Ryu Karate-do at the age of 5, where she achieved the Black Belt rank of Shodan, recognized by Hamada, Hanshi of Bushin-Kan Dojo, USA Division.

A graduate of Gracie University, Sarah is a certified Women Empowered instructor from the Class of July 2022. She was awarded her Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt and Women Empowered Pink Belt by renowned instructors Ryron and Rener Gracie.
