Assistant Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling Instructor

John began his wrestling journey at an early age, eventually becoming a collegiate alumnus wrestler for the University of Virginia. His passion for martial arts took a new direction in 2010 when he discovered Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Driven by his love for the art, John pursued comprehensive training and achieved the prestigious title of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Certified Instructor in 2019. He currently holds the rank of Brown Belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.

With a foundation in wrestling and a deep appreciation for Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, John is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and helping students develop their skills on the mat.
