Bullyproof
A confident, age-appropriate start to practical self-defense, with separate classes for ages 5–7 and 8–13.

What to expect
Confidence they can carry into everyday life.
01
Recognize bullying and speak up
Children learn to recognize the difference between joking and bullying. Role-playing gives them a chance to practice assertive words, eye contact, and confident posture before they need those skills outside class.
02
Practice control and responsibility
The physical curriculum focuses on leverage-based control holds rather than punching and kicking. Students learn that self-defense comes with responsibility, with rules for when and how to use their skills.
03
Learn through play and encouragement
Jiu-Jitsu games make practice engaging, while instructors reinforce what each child does well. Separate classes for ages 5–7 and 8–13 give students an age-appropriate setting to build focus, respect, and discipline.
