What to expect

Explore advanced Jiu-Jitsu with a clear roadmap.

01

Study each position in depth

Training moves through Mount, Side Mount, Guard, Half Guard, Back Mount, Leg Locks, and Standing. Each chapter is studied over several months, giving students time to develop technique, combinations, timing, and strategy.

02

Connect sport and self-defense

The curriculum explores both sport Jiu-Jitsu and practical self-defense, including techniques that account for the possibility of punches. Students learn to understand how their choices change with the situation.

03

Practice with purpose and control

Rapid Mastery Drills, Focus Sparring Exercises, and Fight Simulation Drills support technical development. Sparring is voluntary, with safety and cooperative learning central to the class. Instructor approval is required before class participation. Use the inquiry form to discuss your experience and training goals.
